Loving the people the mind deems "loveable" is an easy task. Loving those who rub the mind the wrong way is difficult. And yet doing so is the truest testament to the meaning of love. To love someone who isn’t easily “lovable” by the mind’s standards is to access the depths of love from the space of the heart. In this episode, we'll explore the differences between these two types of love and examine the power of heart-based love and its potential to heal the planet.
